Unity, solidarity, diversity for europe, its people and its territory second report on economic and social cohesion

Article 159 of the Treaty states that every three years the Commission schould present 'a repport on the progress made towards achievin economic and social cohesion and on the manner in which ta various means (including different Community policies) provided for in (the) article have contributed to. 'This repport is the response to the requirement.
